Welcome to Congregational Life at UFPC!
Whether you just walked through our doors for the first time, are a regular visitor, or have been a member for decades, the Congregational Life Committee (CLC) is here to help you weave yourself into the fabric of our community.
Here is how we bring our congregation together:
- A Warm Welcome: We want every visitor, friend, and newcomer to feel genuinely welcomed, known, and integrated into our community at a pace that feels right to them.
- Fun & Fellowship: We are the team behind the scenes who plan intergenerational events that have congregation-wide appeal. In addition to annual events like the First Sunday Ingathering and End-of-Year Picnic, we sponsor potlucks, field trips, game nights, and more.
- Compassionate Support: Through our dedicated Caring Team, we coordinate lay-led pastoral care. By keeping a close eye on our community's weekly Joys and Sorrows, we ensure no one walks through life's transitions alone.
If you'd like to join our group—or offer ad hoc help as the spirit moves you—please contact CLC co-chairs Ann Marie and Lee at congregational-life@ufpc.org.
