The Worship Committee is responsible for the whole Sunday worship experience. This includes ushers and greeters, lay participants and worship associates, music, flowers, live streaming, and social hour. The chair and committee members work closely with the minister and coordinate several aspects with other chairs and subcommittees.

The bylaws of the church state: “The Communications Committee shall be responsible for policy regarding and general direction of communications within the congregation and to the larger community.”

The Religious Education Committee is responsible for the spirit circle curriculum for children in the congregation, coordination of nursery care for young children during worship and special events, and organization of multigenerational and young adult programming. Our meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm on Zoom.

The Social Justice Action Committee organizes and coordinates the active involvement, in study and action, of the congregation in local, district, national, and international projects for peace, compassion, and social justice. The Committee serves as liaison and coordinates programs between the congregation and various local, district, and continental units of the Unitarian Universalist Association which have a social justice focus, as well as other religious and community groups. During the 2025-2026 church year, the committee meets the second Sunday of the month at noon in the parlor in the parish hall.
